Trazodone works by helping to restore the balance of a certain natural chemical (serotonin) in the brain. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, drowsiness, dizziness, tiredness, blurred vision, changes in weight, headache, muscle ache/pain, dry mouth, bad taste in the mouth and stuffy nose.
