It works in your nose to block the effects of substances that cause allergies ( such as pollen, pet dander, dust mites, mold ) and to reduce swelling. SN instructed that Nasal dryness / irritation, nausea, or vomiting may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
