Call your doctor right away if you have any of these signs or symptoms of bleeding: unexpected bleeding or bleeding that lasts a long time, blood in your urine (pink, red or brown urine), red or black stools, bruises that happen without a known cause or get larger cough up blood or blood clots vomit blood or your vomit looks like coffee grounds.

It also suppresses the immune system and can make you prone to infections. Long term use may lead to bone loss and you should increase calcium and Vitamin D in your diet. S/E include anxiety, mood changes, irritability, headache, fast heart
rate, weight gain, appetite increase, decreased urine.
SN instructed patient about Sensipar (cinacalcet) is an agent that increases the sensitivity of the parathyroid gland to calcium in the body. This causes a decrease in levels of parathyroid hormone (PTH), calcium, and phosphorous in the body. Sensipar works best if you take it with food or shortly after eating a meal. Do not crush or break a Sensipar tablet. Swallow the pill whole. Call your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as numbness or tingly feeling around your mouth, fast or slow heart
rate, muscle tightness or contraction, overactive reflexes, seizure, feeling short of breath, swelling, rapid weight gain, or feeling like you might pass out.

To reduce the risk of dizziness and lightheadedness, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. To relieve dry mouth, suck on (sugarless) hard candy or ice chips, chew (sugarless) gum, drink water, or use a saliva substitute. Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: fainting, slow/irregular heart
beat, mental/mood changes like, irritability, depression.
SN instructed that Tradjenta is used with a proper diet and exercise program and possibly with other medications to control high blood sugar. It is used by people with type 2 diabetes. Controlling high blood sugar helps prevent kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, loss of limbs, and sexual function problems. Proper control of diabetes may also lessen your risk of a heart
attack or stroke.
SN instructed that Meloxicam is a not steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with analgesic and fever reducer effects. Possible can result in gastrointestinal toxicity and bleeding, headaches, rash, and very dark or black stool. Like other NSAIDs, its use is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular events such as heart
attack and stroke. It has fewer gastrointestinal side effects than diclofenac,, piroxicam, and naproxen, and perhaps all other NSAIDs.
SN instructed that the metoprolol lowers blood pressure by decreasing workload of heart
. Watch for dizziness, lightheadedness when getting up, headache, stomach upset, loss of taste, fatigue and insomnia.
