Spinal Cord Injury Teaching 1486

The patient was instructed in spinal cord injury to use a mirror to check skin for break. The patient was instructed on perineal care after removal. The patient was taught in intermittent self-catheterization. The patient was taught in the attention of the indwelling urinary catheter.
