SN instructed pt on medication
Lisinopril 20mg PO daily for HTN. Side effects include: dizziness due to a drop in blood pressure. Lisinopril can cause nausea, headaches, anxiety, insomnia, drowsiness, nasal congestion, and sexual dysfunction, and Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) and hives may result. Contact the MD as soon as the above signs/symptoms occur.

; Follow your doctor's instructions carefully. Give the patient Doxycycline with a full glass of water or other liquid to avoid irritating your esophagus. Doxycycline can be taken with or without food. If stomach upset occurs, you can give him a glass of milk or after meals. Give the medicine at about the same time each day.

Zitromax, give it to take an hour before eating any food, and the most common side effects such as; diarrhea or loose stools, nausea, abdominal pain, and vomiting.

Vitamin C side effects such as; nausea, vomiting, heartburn, abdominal cramps, and headache. Dental erosion may occur from chronically chewing vitamin C tablets.
