The patient was instructed in sarcoidosis in the need of chest physiotherapy as prophylaxis or treatment. The patient was advised to evade large multitudes and persons who are known to have active infections. The patient was advised to weigh daily to detect stable weight loss.
Avoid any head, chest or abdominal trauma, to avoid any falls, to avoid sharp objects such as razor, scissors, and nail clippers. You may carefully use an electric razor. Blow your nose gently and avoid forceful blowing of the nose. Do not take rectal temperature. Do not strain for bowel movements. SN instructed patient that Robitussin its used as a cough medicine, and it is sell over the counter. It contains (Dextromethorphan and guaifenesin) a combination medicine used to treat cough and chest congestion caused by the common cold, infections, or allergies. Common side effects may include: dizziness, drowsiness; sleep problems (insomnia); diarrhea; or feeling nervous, restless, anxious, or irritable. Robitussin Overdose may cause breathing problems and cardiac arrhythmia.
SN instructed that the lisinopril is a drug of the angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor class used primarily in treatment of hypertension. If any of the following side effects occur please report to physician / nurse : Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing, blistering, peeling, red skin rash, confusion, weakness, uneven heartbeat, trouble breathing, numbness or tingling in your hands, feet, or lips, dark urine or pale stools.
