Acetaminophen may have side effects, and if you experience SOB or a life threatening side effect please call 911 and seek emergency treatment.

as ordered. Do not wait for pain to become severe. If your pain is not controlled and you are taking your medication
as prescribed contact your doctor or nurse. Do not take your medication

list to hospital or doctor's appointments with patient.

Amiodarone. This medication
is used to stabilize the rhythm of your heart. Amiodarone is used to treat ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation. Take this medication
at the same time daily as directed. May take with or without food. Avoid grapefruit, St. John's wort, & sunlight or tanning beds.
SN educated patient and caregiver on medication
Empagliflozin (jardiance). It is used along with diet and exercise, and sometimes with other medication
s, to lower blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes. Empagliflozin is also used to reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack, or death in people who have type 2 diabetes along with heart and blood vessel disease.Taking medication
(s), making lifestyle changes (e.g., diet, exercise, quitting smoking), and regularly checking your blood sugar may help to manage your diabetes and improve your health.This medication
may cause changes in your blood sugar. You should know the symptoms of low and high blood sugar and what to do if you have these symptoms. Empagliflozin may cause side effects like urinating a lot, including at night, increased thirst. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:

Amiodarone. This medication

Avoid grapefruit, St. John's wort, & sunlight or tanning beds. common side effects include: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite; or constipation. Call your doctor or get medical help at once if you have: chest pain, fast or pounding heartbeats, trouble breathing, vision problems, upper stomach pain, vomiting, dark urine, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), or if you cough up blood. Tell your doctor if you have signs of a thyroid problem, such as weight changes, extreme tiredness, dry skin, thinning hair, feeling too hot or too cold, irregular menstrual periods, or swelling in your neck (goiter).
Isosorbide is used to prevent chest pain (angina) and reduce strain on the heart in patients with heart disease (coronary artery disease). Isosorbide mononitrate relaxes and widens blood vessels so blood can flow more easily. This medication
will not relieve chest pain once it occurs. This medication
may also be used in addition to other drugs to improve the symptoms of congestive heart failure (e.g., trouble breathing).
Side effects of isorsobide mn are headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea or vomiting may occur as your body adjusts to this medication
. Headache is often a sign that this medication
is working; treat it with an aspirin or non-aspirin pain reliever as recommended by your doctor. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Patient was educated about Digoxin 0.125 mg 1 tablet oral daily, instruct to take medication
exactly as directed, at the same time each day. Missed doses should be taken within 12 hr of scheduled dose or not taken at all. Do not double doses. Consult health care professional if doses for 2 or more days are missed. Do not discontinue medication
without consulting health care professional.
Patient was instructed on Lorazepam a benzodiazepines a medication
used to treat anxiety disorder. Patient was instructed to take medication
exactly as indicated by physician and to avoid the consumption of alcohol. Patient was instructed on side effects such as: •drowsiness, dizziness, tiredness;blurred vision;sleep problems (insomnia);muscle weakness, lack of balance or coordination;amnesia or forgetfulness, trouble concentrating;nausea, vomiting,constipation;appetite changes; or skin rash. If side effect become persistent or worsen contact physician immediately.
