Major side effects of Simvastatin include abdominal pain or cramps, blurred vision, dizziness, easy bruising or bleeding, itching, muscle pain or cramps, rash, and yellowing of the skin or eyes.
Side effects of isorsobide mn are headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea or vomiting may occur as your body adjusts to this medication. Headache is often a sign that this medication is working; treat it with an aspirin or non-aspirin pain reliever as recommended by your doctor. More common side effects of seroquel may include abdominal pain, constipation, diminished movement, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, excessive muscle tone, headache, indigestion, low blood pressure (especially upon standing), nasal inflammation, neck rigidity, rapid or irregular heartbeat, rash, sleepiness, tremor, uncontrollable movements, weakness.

Contact the MD as soon as the above signs/symptoms occur.

Patient was instructed to take medication exactly as indicated by physician and to avoid the consumption of alcohol. Patient was instructed on side effects such as: •drowsiness, dizziness, tiredness;blurred vision;sleep problems (insomnia);muscle weakness, lack of balance or coordination;amnesia or forgetfulness, trouble concentrating;nausea, vomiting,constipation;appetite changes; or skin rash. If side effect become persistent or worsen contact physician immediately.

Patient was instructed in new medication Vitamin C side effects such as; nausea, vomiting, heartburn, abdominal cramps, and headache. Dental erosion may occur from chronically chewing vitamin C tablets.
