Morphine is more likely to cause breathing problems in older adults and people who are severely ill, malnourished, or otherwise debilitated. Common morphine side effects may include: drowsiness, dizziness; constipation, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, headache, tired feeling, anxiety or mild itching.
Citalopram is an antidepresed and it produce side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, feeling unsteady, loss of coordination; or headache, trouble concentrating, memory problems, weakness, confusion, hallucinations, fainting, seizure, shallow breathing or breathing that stops and drowsiness.
Albuterol (also known as salbutamol) is used to treat wheezing and shortness of breath caused by breathing problems such as asthma. Albuterol belongs to a class of drugs known as bronchodilators. It works in the airways by opening breathing passages and relaxing muscles. SIDE EFFECTS: Nervousness, shaking (tremor), headache, nausea or dizziness may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

Serious side effects include slowed or irregular breathing and chest tightness. Symptoms of hydrocodone overdose include narrowed or widened pupils, slow, shallow, or stopped breathing, slowed or stopped heartbeat, cold, clammy, or blue skin, excessive sleepiness, loss of consciousness, seizures, or death. Hydrocodone can be habit-forming, causing physical and psychological dependence.
SN instructed that the lisinopril is a drug of the angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor class used primarily in treatment of hypertension. If any of the following side effects occur please report to physician / nurse : Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing, blistering, peeling, red skin rash, confusion, weakness, uneven heartbeat, trouble breathing, numbness or tingling in your hands, feet, or lips, dark urine or pale stools.
SN instructed patient / caregiver about Ipratropium Bromide/Albuterol(Duoneb); get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Stop using albuterol and ipratropium and call your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as: wheezing, choking, or other breathing problems,chest pain, pounding heartbeats or fluttering in your chest, dangerously high blood pressure (severe headache, anxiety, uneven heart beat), swelling of your ankles or feet, eye pain, or seeing halos around lights, painful or difficult urination. Other common side effects may include: mild headache, or cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, cough, or sore throat.

SN instructed patient to rinse mouth with water after every use of the medication to prevent irritation and dryness in the mouth.

It belongs to a class of drugs known as narcotic ( opioid ) analgesics. It works in the brain to change how your body feels and responds to pain. Some Common side effects are nausea, vomiting, constipation, dizziness, or drowsiness. Get medical help right away if you have any serious side effects, including: slow / shallow breathing, fainting, seizures, unusual drowsiness / difficulty waking up may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly. A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching / swelling ( especially of the face / tongue / throat ), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.
