Instructed on some measures aimed to managing/controlling Emphysema, such as: eat a well-balanced diet, high
in protein, fat and calories, among others.
Instructed on some measures aimed to controlling/managing Angina Pectoris, such as: eat a diet high
in fiber, exercise regularly (as directed by MD) and take stool softeners, as needed.
Instructed on some factors that may increase the risk of exacerbating Epilepsy, such as: trauma, tumors and high
fever, among others.
Instructed on some factors that may increase the risk of developing/exacerbating Osteoporosis, such as: high
intake of caffeine and certain medications, among others.
Instructed on the importance of exercising regularly, as directed by MD, as a measure aimed to developing high

Instructed on the importance of eating a well-balanced diet, high
in calcium, protein and vitamin D as a measure aimed to managing/controlling Osteoporosis.
The patient was instructed in bone marrow suppression that will be more susceptible to infection, bleeding, and anemia. The patient was encouraged in the prevention of the infection by eating healthy meals, keep mouth, teeth and gums clean, avoid people who are sick. The patient was encouraged in the prevention of the bleeding avoiding physical activities that could cause injuries. The patient was encouraged in the prevention in the anemia by eating a high
